The Juniors competition is for players aged 14 to 17 and runs from February to April. Preseason training is currently underway with trainings held on the following days:

Seniors
Training is held on field 6, behind the gym at the University of Canberra.
The Seniors competition is for players 18 and over and runs from August to November. Preseason training will start mid May.

The club will provide all required training equipment including helmets, shoulder pads and uniforms. All you need to provide is your own boots, mouth guard and box.
Make sure you bring plenty of water to training. We believe it is important to keep hydrated and we do tend to train in some of the hotter months of the year.
